DMAC's Specialist Contribution
Working closely with main contractor John Paul Construction, DMAC Building Group successfully delivered the extensive ceilings and drylining package for the impressive 18,680m² Edwards Lifesciences facility in Limerick. This LEED Gold standard project required exceptional precision to meet the rigorous demands of a world-class medical manufacturing plant.
Our specialist scope was vast and complex, encompassing 16,000m² of high-performance drylined walls—scaling up to 11 meters tall in the warehouse and production areas. A critical component of our delivery involved the bespoke ceiling and partition systems for the 2,500m² ISO7 cleanroom production suites and laboratory spaces. We also contributed to the striking 11m high atrium in the main reception, coordinating meticulously with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure every detail aligned with the client's uncompromising standards.
